UPDATE: This is interesting, I also got it to occur recently upon
pressing CTRL + ALT + BCKSPC, which immediately triggered the same
event. Would this signify that the problem has something to do with X?

I agree. I'm also closing this bug report as I don't think it is
necessary. The current procedure for dealing with packages that have a
missing .desktop file is to open a bug report against that package.

Swing UI elements (lists, labels) have additional vertical space, some

I can confirm this issue from a fresh install of Hardy. Glipper dies a
lot of times when logging in for the first time.
After reading everything here, I'm a bit confused on what to do and
think of this problem. Should I apply the sleep solution, or install
Parcellite instead? Will somebody fix Gli
i dont think it has been forwarded upstream. i lay here stale this long
because no affected package was reported. never forget this :)
