I'm running the hardy beta, and on my Acer 5920, the Crystal Eye webcam
doesn't work.
gstreamer-properties seems to detect the webcam, but here are the errors

Netbeans works fine now. Fresh install of 64bit Ubuntu hardy desktop
beta, installed Netbeans via Synaptic. OpenJDK was automatically
installed as a dependency this time. Netbeans runs without apparent
error from both menu and command line.

intellinuxwireless.org, the original project site. That gave me some
problems. Now I can finally have wifi in all kernels that I want,
including the Gutsy kernel (2.6.22-14, the iwl module didn't work there

Confirmed...after upgrading from 7.10 to 8.04 it defaults to about half
the signal level and sets the bit rate 1M.
Running 'sudo iwconfig wlan0 rate 54M' increases the tranfer rate but
the signal level is still a lot lower then in 7.10.
$ iwconfig wlan0
