Confirmed hardy beta (64bit). This bug was the only way I figured out
how to fix it.
I was having multiple problems with Adept refusing to install/resintall
certain package before this happened. Then after a few attempts it
refused to open. Using `dpkg --configure -a` allowed Adept to restart &
f
feel kind of ashamed, kwallet WAS running(kind of hidden on the border
of another desktop) and asking for password, but I don't think it's
always had this behaviour blocking other programs, and even crashing
konqueror when the location bar triggered the auto-complete for a url
while kwallet hasn't

When I shutdown the PC, it froze with garbage on the screen (mouse
pointer stuck but visible). It normally shuts down fine from Gutsy and

This has happened again. The common characteristics of the crash (in my system
- all three times) are:
a) a flash video (YouTube) was played for around 5 minutes.
b) Firefox crashed when another video is selected once the first one was over.
c) Used full-screen mode while viewing the first video

Problems with gcc-3
So I gave wicd a try and it definitely didn't fix the problem. If
anything, I had more trouble getting wicd working than network-manager.
Network-manager's behavior is very consistent - it doesn't work when it
automatically tries to connect to the network, it does when I choose

A work-a-round to get the package installation to complete, is to copy other
gcc info files to the file that is missing.
This can be done by doing the following steps:
