The file transfer is very slow, if the file size gets over ca. 700 MB.
The interesting thing is that If I transfer more than on file for

I too could not install a Canon Pixma (MP150) using the KDE print wizard.
I'm running Kubuntu Feisty and have the cupsys-driver-gutenprint package
installed but not the foomatic-db-gutenprint.
I managed to get the printer set up using the local host suggestion
above. The printer is now showing a
Video playback works fine in Totem now. And I did nothing to repair it.
So I guess that was fixed by one of the system updates?
Anyway. This problem still remain on all other video players.
Only Totem will show video.

I get the same error message reported in the first post to this bug when
starting gnome-volume-manager-gthumb on feisty:
process 5227: arguments to dbus_message_new_method_call() were incorrect,
assertion "_db
I spent half of yesterday wasting time on this problem till I stumbles
on teh solution outlined above.
Shouldn't xserver-xorg-video-intel be bumped out as an upgrade? Sure
saves a LOT of pain!

I have 3 sound cards on my computer (1 PCI + 2 USB).
With edgy, no problems, the 3 devices have the same slot after each boot.
But with feisty, the slot number is now unpredictable after each boot.

I've got the same problem since I've purged libnss3 because a recent upgrade of
evolution dropped the last dependency I had upon it.
The only CAs appearing in firefox's certificates store are those I've manually
added (cacert.org, ripe.net).
If I reinstall libnss3, everything work fine.

I've looked in kmailrc file.
I saw that MessagePaneHeight=0 in the [Reader] section, but I don't know why.
I changed the value to 100, and the panel became visible after restart
kmail.
When this property is set to 0, it seems not possible to restore the panel
height with the kmail GUI.
