I've upgrade to Feisty and I'm having the same problem. It hangs on
Send & Receive after it has been running for a while - i.e. it uses 100%

/usr/share/gnome/apps/Internet/grcm.desktop
And therefore no menu item is displayed in the menu. It should go into
/usr/share/applications/
