Looks like edgy final still needs this. I didn't have suspend working
and now I do. It seems to be related to running acpid before vbetool.

I ran firefox with your instructions and have included the log. Firefox
froze after a segmentation fault was reported by gdb. So quit gdb at
that point; hope that is the correct way.

We are working on this and I believe the Ubuntu side has done a great
deal of work, or are still in the planning phase which has consisted of
a great deal of work. We still have 2 months until string freeze and we
are working hard on many many things right now.
