The best chance to get it fixed would be if there was a security issue with the
old driver :)
But if the old driver is totally broken, an update should make sense. Since
it's a separate module, there shouldn't be too much danger of breaking
something else along the way.

This is more likely a bug in banshee SVN than in mono. Banshee called
some native libraries which then crash the mono runtime in which banshee

Cimmo, before I added the Edgy task, the wxwidgets2.6 bug defaulted to
Feisty. Thus I rejected the Feisty task and added an Edgy one. Clear
now?

Hi, there appears to be no backtrace in that apport crash report. i
remember in edgy there was an option to make a minimal report & a full
report, did you happen to pick the minimal report?
If you could reproduce this crash and upload the complete report, that
would be great :)
