it.
Now there are 2.8.0 final, should backported to Edgy or just the patch that fix
this problem.

Spoke too soon, can reproduce this reliably now, pattern is that deskbar
works fine on first login from a freshly booted machine but if I logout
and log back in it fails to start. I am getting error messages twice
about this now, the first one with additional info about .xsession

msgconv -t UTF-8 po/ru.po looks just fine. Rosetta's file has proper

This has been fixed in beagle cvs, now beagle will drop an autostart
desktop file according to xdg autostart specifications. (Gnome follows
them ;) ) Will be available in 0.2.14

Right, the .pot files are generated on build time. I checked the
Makefiles that generate those files.
I used something like:
grep -r GETTEXT . |grep pot|less
About ept. That's the source package name in Dapper, and we still
support Dapper, so it makes sense that we have still a reference to ept
Unfortunetly the raw mono stacktraces are almost useless, could you
please attach the relivent log files from ~/.beagle/Log. Or, if your not
sure which files are relivent, you can tar the whole directory up and
upload it here.

Beagle does delete e-mails, however, given the size of many mail
folders/summary files, removal from the index can take a few minutes.
That being said, in Edgy there was a DateTime issue that prevented many
Evo mails from being reindexed/removed properly. This should be fixed in
feisty.

the screen resolution reported by the X server.

I understand your point. But on an installed system, things would not
behave this way. On an installed Edgy, the system would not prevent you
from doing "gory" stuff via sudo :)
