I found, that this bug is not directly related to coreutils package, the main
problem is in language-pack-ru-base (version 10.04+20100714) which contains

mark this bug as a duplicate, but you also point out a translation
issue.
As such, I am marking the coreutils task as Confirmed/Low, and adding a

It looks like the root cause is somewhere else: I downloaded sources of
the coreutils 7.4-2ubuntu3 and see that translation defined in po/ru.po
for df.c is correct. But when I execute df on my system with locale
ru_RU.utf8 I see the string exactly as I mentioned in ticket
description.
