Hi again! I found, that this bug is not directly related to coreutils package, the main problem is in language-pack-ru-base (version 10.04+20100714) which contains translation for my case. I tried to create proper solution using translation from coreutils package, tested, and it seems to be working, so you can take it and use (see attachment).
