Could not find package flashp
HI,
I am a 100% absolute beginner in Ubuntu. Now I don't know how to install
Flash, with this problem. :( Can anyone point me in the right direction
for a tuturial? Thank you very much if anyone can help.

Yep...I broke it! After hours of trying to get stuff working right, I
just made things worse (buttons don't work again on YouTube)...is Adobe

These are procedural notes I was making to myself on this recent (of
many) new installations of Ubuntu:
System:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+, Nvidia GeForce 4, 1.5 GB DDR RAM...nothing to brag about,

I found the same problem trying to install Java from Firefox as well. In
fact, there was no sun-java6-jre or anything related to it. The only
java related thing listed in Synaptic was icedtea and it wouldn't
install because it couldn't find a dependency package. After finding

I can also confirm this on Jaunty, and also happens when you try to
