Well, it seems that i was wrong. The slowness appears also without the
bootsplash on a cold start. The video i made makes things clear

the output of /cat/usplash.conf? You just forgot that little one. You
also say in the description that ubuntu boot without any problems when
you remove splash, is that right? Also when usplash seems freeze for
ages, does it final
The splash hangs at "Mounting root filesystem" stage (discovered by
leaving splash on and quiet off)
