Seems like I've lost my GPG key so no PPA packages for a while then...
Anyways the fix to this bug is libmtp 0.3.3 + mtpfs 0.9. I've already
created a bug report for updating mtpfs which does require a newer
version of mtpfs to even compile properly.

I just built the newest versions of libmtp (0.3.3) and mtpfs (0.9). So
far every transfer I've tried via Nautilus has succeeded :) So the fix
to this bug seems to be getting the newest upstream versions of libmtp &
mtpfs.
I actually created Hardy packages of the new versions which I'll upload

By the way has anyone tried this using the newest version (0.9) of
mtpfs? I'll also try to build it from source and try if the bug gets

Hi!
Just would like to mention I was able to reproduce this bug in Hardy.
Here are the steps:
1. Install mtpfs from the official Hardy repositories
$ sudo apt-get install mtpfs
2. Create mount point
$ mkdir /home/jaakko/mtpfs
3. Plug in my player via USB cable (Zen 8GB)
4. Mount the player
Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

Hi!
I'm experiencing the same problem in Gutsy using mtpfs & Nautilus to
copy files to my Creative Zen 8GB player (fw 1.21.01). The version of
mtpfs (0.8svn) I have is installed from the http://ubuntu.jbbr.net
repository. I've noticed that through nautilus I can only do a single

I have to manually

Okay I have just tried using mtp-tools to tranfer multiple files in

I used the following command

In the current directory I have 16 mp3 files and they were all copied
