Murray says "I can't sync", but it's not clear whether this is just an example of the known Edgy problems (i.e. with gnome- pilot-2.0.14-0Ubuntu2) or something else. He could try installing the packages I rolled (see gnome bug 365181, comment 14) and see if that fixes matters. Failing that, it's

I see no improvement in Edgy with my Palm Zire 31: Nothing starts automatically and I can't sync even when starting the Palm control panel manually. I do have the necessary line in usr/share/gnome-pilot/devices.xml (though I don't know whether it's there by default now) However, this deskt
