I have the same problem. All system keyboard shortcuts can be found in
the settings but they do not work since I upgrade to ubuntu quantal from
precise.
Also, the shortcuts in the settings are very old. For example:
ctrl+alt+del instead of alt+print+k (neither works).

worked. Now it doesn't. And, by the way, there is the same problem with
Thunderbird 3. It must be something with the most recent mozilla updates. Or

Same problem here with hardy. I also start skype with alltray. Besides, if I
start thunderbird with alltray (alltray -na thunderbird), thunderbird opens but
won't minimize, it starts with open window.
Because of 100 % CPU load the fan won't quit running...
