the option "erase disk" which only prompts you to select a "single disk"

I fixed my mbr this time by restoring the whole 512 bytes, because ubuntu
installed it to the mbr on /dev/sda instead of /dev/sdf...
I tried one more install with automated partitioning using "use entire disk" on
