It related to window placement popup/focus is it? I think you need to have multimonitor setup with atleast two screens having different resolutions to notice this bug. In my case to popup focus or open Windows on the screen that I'm bussy with I need to change some ccsm settings and each window that I want to behave in my favoured way.
