I only had the winbind package and removing solve my problem.
On ubuntu 10.4 I could remove the broken installation of winbind before
removing winbind.
But on 12.04 I had to remove winbind to be able to remove the broken
likewise-open.
Anyway removing winbind was also th

I am on intrepid ibex with unrar-nonfree 1:3.8.5-2
I have an rar archive with some java class file(binary) in it.
And one of this file is truncated when i try to unrar it with unrar-nonfree.
I have also tried to unrar it with wine 1.1.21 + 7-zip 4.65 (2009-02-03) for

Hum the solution works perfectly for me but each time i reboot the files in
/usr/local/lib are recreated or maybe it's a program i run that put them back
there.
Anyway is there a solution to know which program has created the files?

When i tried to copy a dvd iso image(4,4GB) to my ipod (fat32). Nautilus didn't
warn about the fact that it was not possible on Fat32. He begin to copy the
file and stop without any advice (like a crash in fact) at 4000Mb.
He should just warn b
In fact that's a real funny solution. But i do not have any idea of why that
reacts so oddly.
