Thanks for the answer. I only had the winbind package and removing solve my problem.
On ubuntu 10.4 I could remove the broken installation of winbind before removing winbind. But on 12.04 I had to remove winbind to be able to remove the broken likewise-open. Anyway removing winbind was also the solution for me.
