This IS AN ISSUE. After upgrading from 9.04 -> 9.10 it will not upgrademy
menu.lst, even if I try to do "sudo update-grub".
Sorry, but when this can not update one of the most important files to keep the
user system working, it IS AN ISSUE.

of comments but no config or kernel lines but the output from update-
grub was as everything was right.
