Hi François, I really can't suggest anything but hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will offer a solution. I can tell you that as a user I don't bother with Evolution calendar at all but instead I use Google Calendar which is very effective and is available to any computer with an internet

I did try but ended up with the same non-useful file, and I think I've wasted enough time on this. However, the other day I started up evoluion, and instead of clicking on the calendar icon in the left panel I went up to view, window, and clicked on calender and voila, it came up.
