A temporary workaround:
Install obexfs : sudo apt-get install obexfs
create a new directory say MyPhone: mkdir ~/MyPhone
open terminal :
Right Click on Bluetooth Icon> Preferences. Locate your phone and copy its HW
Address, of the form: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF
To mount : obexfs -b your:bluetooth:addr
Confirming that it affects me too. I have tried all of the above,
empathy fails to connect to server.

A workaround:
Hi, I got it working using the "Commands" plugin and "DBus" plugin enabled.
I use the following bash script as the command:
1. Go to command plugin in the Compiz config settings manager.
2. In one of the commands, enter this:
dbus-send --print-reply --type=method_call --dest=org.
I second #64.
I tried searching hours and hours for a way to blacklist a particular
application. But all in vain. Couldn't even find the syntax to be used for
making an exception for a particular application. Even tried hit and trial.
Something like:
gsettings set com.canonical.Unity.Panel sy
This issue also affects chrome, just after installing.
Chrome doesn't show in the launchers, not even in the ALT+TAB lists. But the
windows are open in the background.
However, it is solved by logging in and logging out.
