Suspend is working fine if connected to AC power. Also if on battery

Matthias pointed, you just need to add bluetooth as a start-up daemon or
start it before/after you load the bluetooth drivers. bluetooth-applet
must start fine after that. :)

Alexander, it might be that your bug has nothing to do with this one.
Because my laptop was broken in 7.10 but was magically fixed with an
upgrade to 8.04.
And honestly I don't even see the point of keeping it open because it
had no attention for half a year and I don't believe it will change...

Um, alternatively, if your /etc/resolv.conf gets changed automatically,
you can prevent access to modifying it (Even root can't modify) by
giving:
sudo chattr +i /etc/resolv.conf
(You can undo this by manually giving -i later, if you need something
changed within)

Suddenly on my machine it started to work correctly. The only relevant
thing I could remember is checking a checkbox "Proposed Updates" in
System, Administration, Software Sources, Internet Updates. I then
installed a whole bunch of updates and it might be the reason why I
don't see this bug anymor

I've finally managed to create some mock-ups of what I think would be
good emblems (see attachment emblems-mockup.png). They are not in any
way for real use, I just used stock icons to show my idea.
Some highlights:
- emblems have different color (the purpose of the bug)
- emblems have mostly dif

not related. The original point of the bug is that current emblems are
stylish but not usable (or not so much usable). That's why I suggested
that we can improve usability even by returning old Gnome icons. But

I'm all in favor of placing the emblems on folders, they take less space
this way. In fact they used to do this in Breezy but changed it in
Dapper.
But my main concern is still shape and color of emblems.
