I was able to install the snap aws-cli package on an Ubuntu 24.04 Noble
Numbat AWS instance without a Public IPv4 address which was the issue
that led me to this bug.
$ host assertions.ubuntu.com
assertions.ubuntu.com is an alias for api.snapcraft.io.
api.snapcraft.io has address 185.125.188.58

If Ubuntu is replacing regular packages with snap packages then the fact
that this package is now unavailable to IPv6 only users is a serious
issue to Ubuntu now and not some date in the indeterminate future. They
should reconsider the use of snap packages unless this is resolved.

I ran across this when testing Ubuntu 24.04 Noble Numbat on an AWS
instance without a public IPv4 address.
Ubuntu 24.04 Noble Numbat does not have the awscli package that Ubuntu
22.04 Jammy Jellyfish and earlier versions of Ubuntu had. Ubuntu 24.04
Noble Numbat instead supplies a snap aws-cli pac
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.3 installed on Asus U38N and experiencing the
same problem. Looks like my case is more unfortunate as it (almost)
always happen when I switch to a different wifi network.

Bluetooth does work by using the above-mentioned
method. But after reboot, bluetooth is in off state again
and the commands mentioned above have to be executed
again.

Inputting in the terminal returns:

Hi there.
Trying to reassemble failed raid1 array, I encountered the problem.
If this is not a real hardware crash, the problem looks similar as this bug.

I don't know if this issue is solve but i have made a script using
zenity progress fully functional.
The script makes a backup file. The progress bar also works fine, it
shows the exact percentage of the copy and if you press the cancel
button close the zenity window and kill the copy process. I
