Same issue on Samsung N150 Plus netbook running 13.04 beta after
updating from 12.10 (64-bit).

Failing to re

Since upgrading to 12.10 from 12.04, resuming from suspend-to-RAM
freezes the machine. The machine is unresponsive with a blank screen and
must be switched off by holding the power-switch in order to reboot.
Power and wifi LEDs remain lit, but no disk access is apparent.
Plea
This fixed my problem with not being able to update in Natty.
What are we actually deleting in the /var/lib/apt/lists/ directory?

Yes this is still an issue. I use Ubuntu 10.04 currently, though would
be happy to test out the latest development release (provided this can
be done via a live CD or installed to a USB drive).
In testing the latest upstream kernel, would it be necessary to use this
with the Ubuntu develop

Unlike the situation with other (laptop-internal) touchpads I have used
with ubuntu, the touchpad settings menu under "Mouse" is unavailable for
the Cirque Easy Cat USB desktop touchpad.

I have reported the bug and selected this report as describing the bug I
am trying to report, specifically the WLAN Fn+F2 toggle off causing the
kernel to crash. I am open to further testing of the issue.

I can confirm that the bug also occurs for me. Toggling off the wireless
using Fn+F2 on my eeePC 701SD causes Ubuntu Lucid (standard desktop
edition) to hang and I need to hard reset the machine to use it again.
Toggling on the wireless is not a problem as far as I can tell.
