I can confirm that workaround with a small change for AMD integrated
graphics. Instead of "i915", I added "amdgpu" to /etc/initramfs-
tools/modules and do the respective commands.

init team cannot reproduce the exact scenario, we have received enough

We've discussed it within the Landscape team and decided that we will
consider the release of the landscape-server-side changes in
25.04~beta.1 sufficient for this to be considered unblocked.
There's no need to re-do verification, as the server-side changes solely
affect the user-facing server API

I didn't mark the status as incomplete...
The Ubuntu 24.04 installer software that generates the BUG report marked
it.
But it's possible that the system couldn't assign an error label because
it reported: The installer terminated for an unknown reason (due to an
unknown error).

Incomplete probably means they haven't found an answer to this kind of
bug (black screen after logging in to X11)

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-aws-
fips/6.8.0-1021.23+fips1 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please
test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is
