afaik skim is only a front-end for scim. So Skim should also work with
gnome-apps (but since i'm neither a skim-dev nor a skim-user, i can't
say anything competent at this place :D).
Maybe you could ask the skim-devs to also support gtk-apps?

inqmode" as root to set your device back into the inquiry results mode
for Bluetooth 1.1 devices. Then it should find remote devices again.

If I right click on any running apps on the gnome-panel and I select
"Always on Visible Workspace" and then right-click again on the same
app, gnome-panel crashes So there is no way to remove the "Always on

I notice that with the 2.6.19-6-generic kernel package, my USB keyboard
is not being recognized. I tested it with a second USB keyboard of a
different model, with the same results. This is a regression from
2.6.17.

Binary package hint: nfs-kernel-server
I've found that usually, when you install a service in Ubuntu that
requires a daemon to be running, the post-install script is kind enough
to start the service after the package is installed. This appears to
not be the case for nfs-kern
I simply launched azureus. The torrents screen came up for a few seconds
(without any of the buttons), and then disappeared.
I downloaded the .jar file from the azureus website and there were no
problems, so I think it is specific to ubuntu's azureus.
