Sorry for the tone of my previous message (I was jetlagged). To explain: this site is Launchpad; Ubuntu uses Launchpad as its bugtracker; and the Launchpad team also use Launchpad to track bugs about itself. Your problem with broadband is about Ubuntu, not about Launchpad itself, so it should not have been reported about "launchpad (upstream)". If you know how you were led to report it on "launchpad (upstream)" in the first place, please report that *separately*, as it is probably a usability problem somewhere. Thanks!
