This bug is still NOT fixed. If you go and install Tvtime it will still
create a .tvtime directory (home/username/.tvtime) with permissions for
root/root. In other words, as a user you cannot save channels etc,

Sorry, I tried to attach the crash report but the file is too big (about

This happens with Ubuntu Edgy. I have the same problem with flash 7 from
the repositories and flash 9 beta downloaded from Adobe.
This problem didn't happen in Dapper.

Same issue: booting from the LiveCD (Desktop) with any set of options
causes the system to lock just as X should be starting.
Both the x86 and x86-64 CDs exhibit the same problem (notable: the
usplash on the 64-bit version appears in shades of grey, with graphical
artifacts).

The crash is in our code that handles setting accounts idle/unidle.
That code has changed a bit since beta 3.1. I suspect that this bug has
already been fixed for beta 4, but I'm not positive.

Also... after it "crashed" rhythmbox never went down (it has in the
past). However, the group of songs I had edited now showed up as "import
errors" and each had a strange extension such as ".mp3D7213E"

machine is hibernated, survives in Edgy if one upgrades from Dapper
Drake to Edgy. I understand that the bug has been removed from Edgy
installation disk, but it survives if one does an upgrade.
