CentOS is a derivate of Red Hat Enterprise less the branding and paid
support channel, so I suspect the toaster will work fine. CentOS 3 is
equivalent to RHEL 3 and so on.

Execute it exactly as you see it typed in the toaster install docs. Yes
including the ().

That was it bill - thank you so much.
i'm not exactly sure how/why the .qmail-postmaster file was blank, but
once that was remedied, everything now seems to work across all the domains.
