local should be under package management and that unmanaged
files should be restricted to /usr/local. Otherwise, reinstalls thta
reformat /usr could delete unmanaged files with no way to preserve
them.

So I went to rebuild texlive-preview to add the dependency provision,
but I can't find the SRPMs.

appears to be empty. Is there (or will there be) a TeXLive 2012 repo
for RHEL6? Or is the 2011 one the latest available?
