Really depends on what you want.
Where do you want to stream to? Television? web? or just to one service
provider, who distributes it?
What quality do yo want, which equipment do you have? How much effort
(time, money) do you want to spend in advance and during streaming?

I have friends that do the equivalent to this with Cradlepoint devices:
