If you're trying to go mbox->maildir with IMAP, (Al)pine is probably the best solution. Non-pine users would probably be more comfortable in mutt, but either will do. Backup your mboxes, then get the new mail infrastructure setup pointing to maildirs. Make sure everything delivers inbound and ou
