Hi Denise, I have had the same problem. When I switched to the iPhone, I used outlook as an intermediry. The problem appears to be the details that outlook recognises. I had duplicate contacts since the transfer process created two contacts with 2 separate details. For example, I had custom labels

You can also just mark all of your contacts and copy them to the memory card. Then remove the card and put it in the other phone and then go into the contacts and tell it to copy from memory card to restore the file to that phone. You could also use pc suite to do it. So now you have three way t
