Yes there is a KEY3 for Non touch screen phones. This is the select key. This is what Nokia calls KEY3 for non touch screen phones. So when you hear Talks say Key3 Contacts, this means that by pressing the select key it will open the contacts. This is shown on the screen of the phones like the N

No there is no key 3 for N86 so do not know where you got that from. N86 is not a touch screen phone and therefore does not have different screens. I hope someone with an N86 can help you re the SIM card though I know wht you mean about them being fiddley. I can't for the life of me change a
