I'm confused. I don't see Eleanor commenting on anyone's personality in
the attached email. Also, I think this is best left to our very active
set of list moderators.

Dear listers,
Now I got back to the list, after since the last couple of week I made my
E6-00 fallen into the water. I sent it to the Nokia Care, and thanks for Nokia
Care that they replaced the new mother board for me because I newly bought it
for a few days.
I’d updated the firmware and
Dear Ms.Burk,
Any help we give others is purely voluntary. It is rude to comment on the

Are you sure that you are trying to plug the USB cable into the correct port
on the phone? Are you sure that you aren't trying to use the Micro SD card
slot for the USB cable?

Hi.
Try a Nokia E52, but probably without the newest firmware installed.
The newest firmware and the newest updat to the e-mail client often gives
accessability problems to our helping tool, Talks, so it is best to stay one
step backward's from beeing fully updated.

If you have access to the Nokia N86, than remove the Nokia e-mail client, so
the previous are restored, and the e-mail should be fully accessible.

Go to the blind sea web site and then to the 3rd Edition software area.
There you will find a link to download a Skype zip file which contains Skype

that Talks will read the status of the people in your contact list. Follo

Michelle, thanks for your mail. i think the N95 is not a QWERTY phone. I would
prefer a normal numeric keypad phone. They only make QWERTY or Touch screen
phones these days. Eleanor had kindly suggested the N95 as that is probably the
ONLY numeric keypad phone available. And it is almost 5 year

Noni, not to worry, there are other Qwerty phones released since then. The
number of qwerty users on this list alone surely speaks to the number of
options out there. Y ou are not restricted to the N95...Elinor was simply
suggesting it as an inexpensive way to try out a model you have questions

Hey Jen,
I have the same phone and think I can help you out. Don't beat yourself up
for not finding those characters on the keypad -- they're not there. What
you have to do is select them from the symbols list.
To access that, hit the "talks" button" (bottom right hand corner) twice
while in a text
Thanks
Eleanor! the N95 was released in March 2007 ! Its nearly 5 years old ! It just
feels wrong to buy one today. There have been a lot of advances in technology.
Seems a shame that even after such a long time visually challenged have not got
a better device. I am sure we deserve one. Pity. M
Thanks Timothy! I am going to follow your advice and try one of these QWERTY

I hold the phone vertically with the screen facing my body, brace the back with
my fingers and just let my thumbs do all the work on
the keypad.
Wow! I wish I started to do that from the beginning, but I didn't. I know a lot
