I think all categories of bread that might affect someone's choice to go to a
bakery are already present in OSM.
For example: pastry , diet:gluten_free , diet:lactose_free.
Otherwise, bread is just bread. I will choose the variety

The proposal has been approved with 9 votes for and 3 votes against.
Because some of the oppose votes did not like gtfs:location_type, I will add a
description on how to derive a default value based on the type of OSM object.
Essentially this will correspond to the tab

Dear Tagging mailing list,
I have started a new vote on my proposal for a GTFS tagging standard.
The previous vote was aborted as many felt there was insufficient discussion.
Since then I have made the following mayor changes to the proposal:
Removed the feed relation which made the proposed schem
People wanted more discussion on this proposal.
I have moved the proposal back to RFC
