We are using Sendmail under Linux and Apache 1.3.28. The path is
/usr/sbin/sendmail.

no, thanks a lot for your interest. I want something for qmail. I read the mail
including text that says "Yes, qmail is supported" before the mail including
"sorry...", so that's my mistake.

A "milter" is a filter program that works exclusively with Sendmail. A
quick Google search found it here:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/spamass-milt
Milters don't work with Qmail.
