After thinking about the whole web interface thing this weekend, I
decided to give my script another rewrite (the current script can be
downloaded from http://www.victorland.com/rules.txt, and can be seen in
demo mode at http://www.victorland.com/rules.cgi).

Sorry took me so long to reply...been traveling like crazy for work for
a bit :)
Anyway, to make this work I did a few things:
1) The script runs suid as root. I *know* it's a bad idea but I really
could not find a better way to make it work with lower permissions.

I took the interface that someone (sorry don't remember who right now)
posted and modified it. The original was written in PHP and I rewrote it
in Perl, since I am allergic to PHP :), and added a bunch of
functionality to it.
