Hi, My list does exactly that... but... I am very selective about what ISP's get the dialup/dsl block. rr.com, sympatico.ca, earthlink.net doesn't, the just get /32 blocks .br,.kr,.cn,.mx, btopenworld, ono.com, .ar, .jp, and hongkong do get full /24 or greater blocks. I just base this on the
