smrsh is a pain.
You need to look for a dir called "smrsh", probably in /etc,
and make a symbolic link to the "spamassassin" and/or "spamc"
commands in there.

If memory serves, in /etc/smrsh, look at what's linked -- you'll probably
need to symlink spamassassin into that directory.
