You seem to be correct in your assessment. I have skip_rbl_checks 0
now in /etc/mail/spamassassin/lo

I have Spamassassin on three servers which act as the mail gateway for
our campus. They started out on the same bayes-database and I use
exactly the same /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf on all three of them.
This morning I saw the following differences on the same message that
came through two of
