Read the documentation! Run "man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf" or
"perldoc Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf" and look for "defang_mime".
Can we add a mime_defang section to the FAQ?

Hello,
I've got a few years of MailMan archives (in standard mbox format) that
could really use some SPAM weeding. The archive is upwards of 3 gigs.
I was wondering if there is any way (or utility) to get/allow
spamassassin to run through each message of an mbox file seperately. I
tried runni

I know of one person who was using it on RedHat 7.2, no complaints. I
haven't tried it myself, but it *should* be portable.
If it works for you, I'd like to hear about it.

I think I am missing the boat and would like to see if I have things right
now...
Spamassassin 2.41 automatically checks lists, including razor and razor2
without any tweeks at all.
However, Spamassassin itself does not have support for reporting spam back
to razor.
Thus, if I just want the ben

Hi-
I've searched the docs on this topic but neither sa nor razor talk
much about how they integrate. I'm installing sa onto a system where
there is a weird perl path and I have no admin control. So, I'm
concerned that it will not know where to find razor. How can I verify
that sa has found ra

Search for the various rules with OSIRUS in their name and see how they are
implemented. relays.osirusoft
Actually, it looks like I get RBL+ as one big zone rather than a split zone for RBL,
DUL, and RSS. Is there any way to set up a custom RBL check. I don't want to check the
RBL at the MTA level in that I would rather let it pass through a weighted score
system like SA than immediately reject it.

yep, I reran it using the mass-check data from 2.40, which was still valid
since the rules had not been changed apart from 1 or 2 mini-fixes.

Hi spamassassin-talk,
I installed spamassassin (spamc/spamd version) yesterday at 9 am it ran
perfectly all day until 3am when spamc started reporting spamc[12589]:
failed sanity check, 1059 bytes claimed, 4365 bytes seen (and other numbers
of bytes for every message through the system). Message
