The docs on www.smartcardsys.com are pretty much it unless you can find the non-existant documents Microsoft claims to have on their site. There is currently no skeleton IFD_Handler but you may use the one included with the PC/SC resource manager ( ie: Reflex, Litronic, Towitoko modules ) I made
