I didn't find any IFD_Handler.[hc] in the CT-API skeleton code. Should I
look somewhere else for it?
If there is none, which of the existing drivers serves best as an
example to learn from?
Is there more documentation than the "PCSC specification" (part 3?),
CT_API specs. (and reader specs. of course :-) I should be aware of
when writing the IFD_Handler?
