Ian rebooted lists.gnu.org and that seems to have fixed things with
Mailman. I am seeing messages flowing through there now.

No one had the time to set up something nice on the fly and we were
also working the rsync security issue at the same time. Also it is
not clear if we can handle a 1.2+Million
