No one had the time to set up something nice on the fly and we were also working the rsync security issue at the same time. Also it is not clear if we can handle a 1.2+Million botnet with a nice message page. The current 429 return is the most lightweight response. I have some time now I will set something up and see if the system can handle the load of it. Bob
