Dear people,
I am preparing the Gnuspeech release and have read the Information for
"Maintainers of GNU Software: Automated Upload Procedures"
etc).
I have registered.
I just want to
/gnuspeech.git
and
git://git.sv.gnu.org/gnuspeechsa.git
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuspeechsa.git
Warm regards.

was unwarranted and you had every intention of creating a
second, independent repo, both on the eame level under the gnuspeech project.
Sorry about that.
Warm regards.

Dear Steve,
You email arrived just as I hit the "Send" button on my last response.
OK. Back to square 2.
So two separate repos perhaps, but read my last response, sent jsut as your
latest arrived!
Nice to think I was close to right after all, based on my previous reading up
on submodules. My
ide the submodules?
Sound reasonable? Comments please. What about the alternative?
Warm regards.

Dear Assaf,
Thanks again for your detailed, helpful comments. Much appreciated.
You will have just seen a copy of my response to Marcelo. If, in fact, the full
history from Steve's work on Monet is worth keeping in full for git log access,
instead of putting it in a text file, I could add it to
Dear Marcelo,
Thanks for writing.
This is a new constraint of which I was unaware. I can only ask "Why!". At what
level, and what level of detail, would the histories be lost? If I split into
the two repos you suggest, why would this protect the histories. Also I presume
you are talking about
I can gain access. If not, can I request that this be done on
my behalf please.
Many thanks.

Hi people,
I just goofed badly. I wrote a reply to someone wanting to join as a
gnuspeech group member, copied it to the gnuspeech mailing list, and
overlooked the fact I was exposing his email to public view twice round.
The members of the mailing list are likely not a problem, but I woul
using the standard Openssh that comes with the Mac, dated
February 26 2008, though I believe there was an update to Openssh to
deal with a vulnerability as recently as last month. It has not made
it to my machine so far.
Many thanks in anticipation of your help -- I hope I have provided
information from the archive.
I would be most grateful if you could remove his personal details
(address, phone numbers & email address) from the original posting
to the gnuspeech list (June 17 2007).
Please let me know what can be/has been done.
Many thanks.
