I'm pleased to announce that version 0.90 of the HP OfficeJet Linux driver
is now available at http://hpoj.sourceforge.net.
Major changes include the following:
- A new "hpoj" SANE backend for scanning on all hpoj-supported models
(also including the OfficeJet LX and 300 series).

Just a little note on how to get it working properly. There is an entry
missing in /etc/hotplug/usb.distmap for the Epson 1650 scanner.
Locate the line starting with the following entry (line 125)
scanner 0x0003 0x04b8 0x0107 ..
Now copy this line

I think it was the _erik_ patch I tried. Should proba
