In my case, I use some python packages that are not included in Sage.
It is very to solve the problem to enhance the python computing over

2D plot will be embedded in TeXmacs worksheet;

I don't understand what you mean. If you want to stop the Sage-session
only, just press the "close session". This will stop "tm-sage" and
still remain in TeXmacs.
